Dino-Lite offers a software development kit (SDK) which allows companies to easily add control of Dino-Lite digital microscopes (Not compatible with Dino-Lite basic models). The Dino-Lite SDK provides users the ability to easily integrate Dino-Lite products with their own equipment and machinery in order to create a unique combination of hardware and software.

The SDK provides C++, C#, and Visual Basic code and OCX component files for custom applications and works with any Windows-compatible device. It offers developers the complete control over LED and Microtouch on the Dino-Lite. Moreover, it provides simple methods for extracting color, real-time binary image, image comparing, free image rotating and many more features. The SDK includes comprehensive documentation in the form of a PDF file which can be found in the installation package. The SDK is available free of charge for Dino-Lite partners and users that want to create value added solutions. Usage will require a signed license agreement.
